Tyrell Malacia's recent behavior speaks volumes after being reintegrated back into Manchester United's first-team set-up despite being part of the 'bomb squad' this summer.
The Dutch defender, along with Jadon Sancho, Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho and Antony were part of the quintet of players told they could leave United this summer, with the latter four all sealing moves away from the club.
However, there was a lack of interest in Malacia and a deadline day move to Elche collapsed.
The 26-year-old was surprisingly named in United's registered squad for the current Premier League campaign.
Ruben Amorim explained that decision earlier this season: "He is returning with contact with the ball with the Under-21s, then we will see."
Malacia has now been welcomed back into the first-team group after training with the academy, potentially paving the way for him to be named in a Premier League matchday squad again.
Club sources have stressed it was always the plan to reintegrate Malacia into the first-team group.
The Dutch full-back has shared a number of videos to his social media page Instagram, showing him putting in extra work in the gym and on the training pitch during the current international break.

Despite not being given regular gametime, he has always maintained his fitness levels and will be hoping to get back in the United squad.
That being said, recent reports from Fabrizio Romano claim United are looking to part ways with the defender at the end of his contract this summer.
