Jordan Pickford has been a tremendous servant for Everton over the years, and a new report has revealed his feelings towards staying at the club for the rest of his career.
The 31-year-old has played over 300 games since signing for £30 million back in 2017, and he has solved quite a few problems in the market for Everton.
The goalkeeper position is one that can be quite hard to fill, as quality options are rare to find.
However, in Pickford, the Toffees already have one of the best, with Wayne Rooney believing the Everton number one is underrated.
Based on the latest report, they might not have to find another shot-stopper for quite some time.

Jordan Pickford wants to end his career at Everton
Jordan Pickford has spent eight years at Everton, and there could be many more seasons of the Englishman between the sticks for the Toffees.
The goalkeeper looks set to sign a new deal at Hill Dickinson, but the length of the contract could span the rest of his career, according to BBC Radio Merseyside’s Giulia Bould
Bould was answering questions on the BBC and was asked specifically about Pickford’s situation.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
The reporter said, “It is my understanding that Pickford sees Everton as his home, and there is intent on both sides for him to finish his career at Hill Dickinson Stadium, with a new deal being discussed.
“Loyalty is not a new thing at Everton – Leighton Baines and Seamus Coleman are just two who stayed with the Blues when there was interest from other clubs. Pickford loves being Everton’s number one.”
The England number one is a fantastic goalkeeper, and keeping him at the club for an extended period is definitely the right move.
The career of a goalkeeper is often much longer than that of an outfield player, so there could be many years of Pickford left at Everton.
However, Everton almost lost Pickford in 2023, as they discussed sending him out on loan at one point.
Goalkeepers often have much longer career spans in football, with Premier League great Petr Cech being a prime example.
Cech was playing for some of the biggest clubs in England well into his late 30s and still at a high level.
In fact, his last ever appearance came in a Europa League final match between Arsenal and Chelsea, highlighting the ability he still showed at 37 years of age.
There is no suggestion that Jordan Pickford cannot do the same for Everton. The Englishman seems to be improving each year, and Theo Walcott is already noticing a big difference with the goalkeeper as he ages.
Here’s to many more years of Pickford as the Toffees’ number one.
