Nottingham Forest manager Ange Postecoglou is under increasing pressure at The City Ground, and according to The Telegraph, former Everton manager Sean Dyche is the front-runner for the job.
Dyche has been out of work since leaving Everton back in January, and he started his career at Nottingham Forest, coming through the youth academy, but he failed to make an appearance. Forest have endured a difficult start to the 2025/2026 season, and they are already on their second manager, with Postecoglou coming in to replace Nuno Espirito Santo back in September.
Nuno wasn't out of work for too long, taking over from Graham Potter at West Ham United. Since Postecoglou arrived at The City Ground, Forest have struggled in the Premier League and Europa League, with the former Tottenham Hotspur manager yet to win a game in charge since his appointment.

According to a report from The Telegraph, former Everton manager Dyche is the front-runner to replace Postecoglou at Nottingham Forest, with the Australian boss under increasing pressure. Postecoglou is still expected to be in the dugout for Forest's game against Chelsea next Saturday, but Evangelos Marinakis could pull the trigger if they lose that one.
It's claimed that former Forest manager Steve Cooper has also been considered, but he's currently enjoying a strong spell with Danish side Brondby, but the Midlands club would have to pay compensation to bring him to the club. It's a similar story for Fulham boss Marco Silva, and there's no guarantee he'd be willing to make the move.
