Senne Lammens has admitted Manchester United's players have “everything to succeed” and can have no excuses for failure following the overhaul of the club's training complex.
United spent £50million modernising the Carrington complex, situated half-an-hour's drive from Old Trafford, turning the tired training ground into a state-of-the-art facility.
Cristiano Ronaldo famously called out the club's deteriorating training facilities during his ill-fated second spell at United, which led to his acrimonious exit just before the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
But Ronaldo's remarks resonated with the United hierarchy in the wake of his departure and led to the long-overdue and radical revamp of the training complex, to bring it up to standard.

Against that backdrop, £18.2milion deadline day signing Lammens, who has established himself as United's first-choice goalkeeper after just one game, said the players do not want for anything.
“We have everything here to succeed, to help us in our way of training and to get ready for the games,” said Lammens. “So that's not an excuse.
“It's been very nice. It's also a step up from being in Antwerp. When I came here for the first time, it was really eye-opening so, yeah, it's very nice.
“It's been a big change. The level in everything, in every aspect, is bigger. So it's been good and the team have welcomed me with open arms.
“The first couple of weeks was a little bit getting used to everything, getting settled, but now the last week or two weeks have been about training really well and building up my life in Manchester, so it's been good.”

United's new facilities at Carrington include a high altitude room with multiple exercise bikes and rowing machines, with the option to change the levels of humidity and temperature to suit the individual players.
In the swimming pool area, sauna and steam rooms have been updated and increased in size, with the addition of a smaller pool with an underwater treadmill, to be used by players as part of their rehabilitation from injury.
The first-team dressing-room is bigger and brighter than before, with touch-screens fitted to each player's individual space, outlining their training regime and routine for the day, while 'smart urinals' help measure if a player is dehydrated and what they need to take on to be rehydrated.
United's medical facilities have also undergone a huge transformation as part of the training ground overhaul, with a newly-installed MRI, CT and full body scanner on site.
As Lammens admitted, United's players now have everything off the pitch to give themselves the best chance of success on it, meaning there can be no excuses for coming up short when it comes to preparing for games.
