We are already several months into the new season and Barcelona are still yet to return to the fabled Spotify Camp Nou.
There have been repeated delays in construction, with questions now being raised about the club’s appointment of Limak as the constructors.
Barcelona were initially hoping to return to Camp Nou end-September but have now ruled out a return in October as well.
New timeline for Camp Nou return
According to MARCA, Barcelona are eyeing to return to the iconic stadium by mid-November. The club are hopeful of receiving the permit for Phase 1B during this period.
Therefore, if everything goes well, the club could return to Spotify Camp Nou for the La Liga game against Athletic Club, right after the international break.

As a matter of fact, Barcelona are expecting the City Council the grant them the first occupancy license this week, which is a key piece of documentation necessary for the fans to enter the stadium.
The report adds that Barcelona have already adhered to all the requirements demanded by the City Council three weeks ago and are on the verge of receiving a permit for opening up Phase 1A, which would allow the club to welcome 27,000 spectators.
Barcelona, though, are waiting around to get the Phase 1B license, which would allow them 45,000 spectators – a key requirement for all Champions League stadiums.
That means Barcelona are expected to continue playing at Montjuic in their next three home games against Girona, Olympiacos, and Elche, before welcoming Athletic Club at Camp Nou.
The two clubs are slated to meet each other on the weekend of November 22/23.
