Everton defender James Tarkowski reckons one player is tailor-made to become a manager when he hangs up his boots.

James Tarkowski has recently signed a new two-year contract, which will keep him on Merseyside until June 2028.

Tarkowski is one of the most consistent performers for Everton and has become a part of the senior leadership team.

The 32-year-old has been speaking to Everton TV over the international break and has named the Toffees star who is destined to become a manager.
