CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland Cavaliers are rolling out new menu items around Rocket Arena.
Here’s a look at what to expect as the Cavs get set to host the Milwaukee Bucks in Cleveland’s home opener at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26.
CLE/MKT
• Mediterranean Box - falafel with olives, cucumber slices, mini pita and lemon tahini dip.
• Chickpeas Chik’n salad pinwheels - tortilla rollups with chickpea chik’n salad, lettuce and tomato sliced into bite-sized rounds served with vinaigrette.
• Cold sesame teriyaki noodle salad - noodles tossed with sesame teriyaki glaze with shredded vegetables.
Elmore’s Smokehouse
• Loaded BBQ beef brisket tots - tater tots loaded with barbecued beef brisket, crumbled bacon, white cheddar sauce, southwestern ranch and chopped scallions.
• Brisket sandwich - sliced smoked brisket topped with pickled red onion, pickles and barbecue sauce, served on a brioche bun.
Sauce the City
• Smokehouse Honey BBQ chicken sandwich - crispy chicken tenders topped with smoky honey barbecue sauce, shredded cheddar and spring mix, served on a toasted brioche bun.
P St. Market Café
• Autumn harvest salad - spinach, arugula and radicchio with apples, dates, walnuts, farro, feta, parsley and apple-cider vinaigrette (a vegan-friendly version also will be available).
Rocco’s
• Shredded short-rib quesadilla - flour tortilla with toasted poblano pepper, roasted red onion, sharp jack cheese, jalapeño, pico de gallo and salsa verde.
• Wild mushroom quesadilla - flour tortilla with sharp cheddar, pickled carrots, aioli and spinach.
• Shrimp quesadilla – flour tortilla with tetilla (Spanish) cheese, triple pepper relish, scallions and cilantro crème fraiche.
Flour Pizza Co.
• Funghi pizza – hand-stretched dough with assorted wild mushrooms, roasted shallots, goat cheese and white truffle oil.
