PITTSBURGH --Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has a key gripe about his team’s performance against the Cleveland Browns. Heading into the game, they were the least penalized team in football per game, averaging just over 33 yards per game.
Yet, Sunday’s game was a critical outlier. The Steelers were called for ten total penalties with 59 yards going to the Browns as the beneficiary of that.
