The Cleveland Browns offense struggled once again against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Cleveland lost to Pittsburgh by a final score of 23-9.

The offense has yet to score 20 points this season. The Browns have a 1-5 record, and the Steelers have a 4-1 record. This was the second game that Dillon Gabriel started. Well, if Gabriel is going to play the same way as Joe Flacco did, is there a chance that we could see Shedeur Sanders start for them at some point this season?
Cleveland Browns Fans Want Shedeur Sanders To Start For Them At Quarterback

Browns fans saw what Gabriel did against the Steelers. He completed 29-of-52 passes for 221 yards. First of all, why is Gabriel throwing 52 times in his second career start? That is on head coach Kevin Stefanski. Despite all of that, many Cleveland fans believe that Gabriel is not the long-term answer anyways.
This is what some Browns fans said on Twitter about them wanting to see Sanders be the starting quarterback soon for this team:
Dillon Gabriel is a game manager. He can’t end drives with touchdowns. Then, Kevin Stefanski doesn’t like to score from outside the Redzone. It’s a match made in misery. It’s time to start Sanders. Losing the rest of the year does nothing for Gabriel. We know what he is.

Let Shedeur start the next game. Give the fans what they want. Fire Kevin Stefanski and let Schwartz take over as Head Coach. Someone deserves to be fired.

Gabriel should never have 52 pass attempts in a game, and the running backs should never have just 17 rushing attempts in a game.

Cleveland is going to have another winnable game next week against the Miami Dolphins, who are also 1-5 on the season. If Gabriel plays well against Miami, then fans will be happy with a win and his performance. If the rookie struggles again and if Cleveland loses, then the fans will want to see Sanders before the end of the 2025 NFL regular season.
