The Bills look to remain one game clear of the Patriots in the AFC East standings when it takes on the Falcons (2-2) on “Monday Night Football”.
Buffalo will be without tight end Dalton Kincaid (oblique), putting rookie Jackson Hawes in an even more prominent position to make an impact alongside veteran Dawson Knox.
Defensive tackle Ed Oliver is expected to return to the lineup for the first time since the Bills’ Week 1 victory vs. the Ravens, though the Bills’ depth on the interior of the defensive line took a hit with rookie T.J. Sanders on IR.
Here are tonight’s inactives for Buffalo:
TE Dalton Kincaid
WR Curtis Samuel
LB Matt Milano
OL Chase Lundt
LB Jimmy Ciarlo
With some missing defensive pieces, the Bills will have to contend with a Falcons offense spearheaded by Bijan Robinson. The Falcons average 4.3 yards per rush but are fourth in the NFL averaging 136.5 rushing yards per game (the Bills are second with 154.4 yards per game).
Atlanta’s inactives:
WR Darnell Mooney
S Billy Bowman Jr.
WR Ray-Ray McCloud
CB Clark Phillips III
