Journalist shares who's now representing Moises Caicedo after split from agent

Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo made a big announcement on Monday.

In an Instagram post that has since been deleted, Caicedo announced that he is no longer being represented by Manuel Sierra and Ali Barat.

His post also confirmed that he already has new representatives in place.

Caicedo has been one of the best midfielders in the Premier League this season, scoring in Chelsea‘s 2-1 win against Liverpool before the international break. Gary Neville thinks Caicedo actually is the best when compared to the other top midfielders in England.

Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo now being represented by family

Caicedo did not say who exactly is representing him right now following his split from Sierra and Barat.

However, according to BBC Sport journalist Nizaar Kinsella, the 23-year-old has turned to his family and that has always been the plan.

It will now be interesting to see how this change impacts Chelsea’s contract negotiations with Caicedo.

Last month, Fabrizio Romano reported that Chelsea are keen to hand Caicedo a new deal as the Ecuadorian continues to impress on the pitch and at Cobham.

This season, Caicedo has made seven league appearances and scored three goals. Last term, he only managed one in 38.

His incredible strike against Liverpool alone is probably worth a new deal.
