CLEVELAND, Ohio — In a rare public display of frustration directed at another front office, Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin unleashed a pointed criticism of Cleveland Browns General Manager Andrew Berry for trading quarterback Joe Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals — a move Tomlin clearly believes could upset the balance of power in the AFC North.
