The Giants picked up a big win over the Eagles last Thursday, leading to a couple of young players being recognized for their performances in the divisional victory.
Quarterback Jaxson Dart and running back Cam Skattebo have both been nominated for Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week.
This is the fifth consecutive week a Giants rookie has been nominated for the honor. Dart has been up for the award in each of the last three weeks since taking over as the starting quarterback, while Skattebo was also nominated in Weeks 2 and 3.

"I would just say that they're very competitive individuals who have a lot of pride, toughness and belief in themselves, and I think that's important for any team when you have players like that," coach Brian Daboll said Friday about the two first-year players. "I know they're two rookies. We have a number of other rookies I feel are in a similar situation relative to how they compete and what they do to prepare and how they go out and play. Those two guys, they care about their teammates, they prepare very diligently, and I trust them a lot out on the field.
Dart completed 17 of 25 pass attempts (68.0 percent) for 195 yards and a touchdown, good for a 104.6 passer rating, in the Week 6 win. He also added 58 yards and an additional touchdown on the ground as he became just the third quarterback in the Super Bowl era to rush for 50+ yards in each of his first three career starts, joining Lamar Jackson and Jalen Hurts.
The rookie signal-caller was at his best when under duress, completing four of six pass attempts for 96 yards and a touchdown when facing pressure, good for a passer rating of 149.3, according to Next Gen Stats.
