The Milwaukee Bucks need Giannis Antetokounmpo to be happy all season long.
If he isn’t satisfied with his team, there is a very good chance that he departs for a different franchise by the trade deadline or next summer.
So far, he sounds pleased with Milwaukee’s newest star, Myles Turner.
“He’s a very good player, obviously. Creates incredible spacing for us. I think in every position, he’s always talking to everybody, me, Scoot, GT, AJ… It’s fun. Playing with him makes the game easier for not just me, for the whole team,” Antetokounmpo said of Turner.

The fact that Turner makes the game easier for Antetokounmpo is great news for all Bucks fans.
As mentioned, Antetokounmpo’s happiness is paramount, and the addition of Turner was largely seen as a way to keep him in good spirits.
There is no doubt that Turner is a superb player, and his years with the Indiana Pacers prove that.
He will be required to do more with the Bucks, and his chemistry and relationship with Antetokounmpo will be a major part of the team’s success.
Over the last few years, the Bucks have made multiple moves to put a smile on Antetokounmpo’s face and keep him in Milwaukee.
They have hired new coaches, additional players, and even multiple family members to appease their biggest star.
That has helped, but it may not help enough.
Antetokounmpo is at the point where he needs to see something substantial in 2025-26, or else he will be packing his bags.
Turner was a smart, helpful move, but the Bucks can’t assume he will solve all their problems and keep Antetokounmpo committed.
