There was a Missouri Valley Football Conference reunion of sorts in Pittsburgh on Sunday, as two of the best to play college football in South Dakota went head-to-head when the Steelers hosted the Browns.
On offense for Pittsburgh was guard Mason McCormick, the former Sioux Falls Roosevelt standout and two-time national champion at South Dakota State.

On defense for the Browns was cornerback Myles Harden.
Both were taken in the 2024 NFL Draft — McCormick in the fourth round and Harden in the 7th, making him the first Coyote draft pick since Tyler Starr 10 years prior.
They were two of four South Dakotans taken in that draft, with SDSU's Isaiah Davis and former O'Gorman tight end Tip Reiman the others.
The Steelers beat the Browns 23-9 on Sunday.
Here's how the rest of the NFL's South Dakotans performed in Week 6:
Jack Cochrane, LB, Chiefs (USD)
Played 16 snaps on special teams but recorded no stats in the Chiefs' Sunday night win over the Lions.
Isaiah Davis, RB, Jets (SDSU)
Had two carries for two yards and one reception for one yard in the Jets' overseas loss to Denver.
