Fantasy Football Waiver Wire 2025: Top Week 7 Pickups At Each Position

Week 7 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Wide Receivers

Kayshon Boutte, New England Patriots: In Week 6, Boutte flashed his promise again, catching five passes for 93 yards and two TDs. He looked good in the preseason and caught six passes for 103 yards in the season opener. The third-year Patriot might deliver more consistent fantasy output as Drake Maye ascends.

In Week 3, Maye passed for 261 yards and three TDs, with all the scoring passes coming in the first half of the win over New Orleans. Stefon Diggs is New England's established No. 1 WR, but Maye cannot lean on just one wideout when posting good numbers. Boutte is at least worth strong streaming consideration right now.

Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts: We are starting to see the fantasy re-emergence of Downs after he proved to be a useful fantasy option in 2024. Downs was not seen as a viable fantasy starter over the first four weeks of the season. In the past two games, though, he has registered 12 receptions on 15 targets.

Downs caught his first TD pass of the 2025 season last week. He should continue to operate as a reliable pass-catcher in key situations for Colts QB Daniel Jones. If his yardage totals begin to increase, Downs will become a hotter fantasy pickup.

Luther Burden III, Chicago Bears: It is possible that the Bears could be without D.J. Moore in Week 7, and Burden might be asked to step up to a more prominent spot in the passing game. He caught all four of his targets for 61 yards in a win over Washington on Monday.

In Week 3, the Chicago rookie caught a 65-yard TD pass and finished with 101 receiving yards, Burden can show off his upside again in Week 7. New Orleans has allowed eight TD receptions to opposing WRs, which ranks 29th in the NFL. Burden has streaming appeal this week even if Moore is active.

Kameron Johnson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Tampa Bay has been dealing with significant injury issues at WR, and Johnson stepped forward to catch all four of his targets for 64 yards and a TD last week. Monitor the Tampa Bay injury reports heading into Week 7 at Detroit. Kameron Johnson, Sterling Shepard and Tez Johnson could all play important roles in a high-scoring game.

Despite working with a thinned WR corps, Baker Mayfield has continued to be effective. Anyone who steps into a prominent role in Week 7 will carry fantasy potential for a quality outing. Add Kameron Johnson as the first of the three Buccaneers WRs, and Shepard second.

Other Week 7 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire WRs To Add: Jalen Coker**,** Zay Jones, Arian Smith, Luke McCaffrey, Van Jefferson.
