The English Football Association announced on Wednesday that Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca has been suspended for one match and fined £8,000 for misconduct during the team's 2-1 win over Liverpool.

The FA said in a statement: "It is alleged that the coach behaved in an improper manner and used abusive and insulting words and behavior during the match, which led to his dismissal in the 96th minute."
It added, "Enzo Maresca subsequently admitted the charge and accepted the penalty."
The Blues manager's stunning goal in the fifth minute of stoppage time sent him into a frenzy, as he ran along the touchline in an incredible celebration. He received a second yellow card and was sent off by referee Anthony Taylor.
Maresca will miss Chelsea's next match away to Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Chelsea are seventh in the Premier League with 11 points, five behind leaders Arsenal.
