The NFL announced two weeks ago that Mahomes’ four-touchdown performance against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4 helped him win the award for the first time since Week 12 of the 2023 season.

Mahomes has won the award 12 times in his career, and his most recent accolade makes him No. 4 among active quarterbacks for most offensive player of the week recognitions.

The Chiefs (3-3) return to the field Sunday at 12 p.m. against the Las Vegas Raiders (2-4). The game will air on KCTV5.
