There's no disputing that the Cardinals are banged up. The team switched their practice schedule and turned Wednesday into a closed walkthrough. "It's best thing for the team," coach Jonathan Gannon said, making the day's injury designations an estimation.
The injury woes at running back continue for the Cardinals as Emari Demercado, who left Sunday's game with an ankle injury, was a DNP. Running back Bam Knight (knee) was also limited.
Demercado's progression, as well as wide receiver Zay Jones (knee) who did not practice, will be something the team will monitor.
Quarterback Kyler Murray (foot) headlines a double-digit list of players that were limited during the walkthrough. Gannon said that when Murray is healthy enough to return, he will be back in the lineup. Gannon said wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is in concussion protocol.
Ahead of Wednesday's walkthrough, the Cardinals [opened up the practice window for Walter Nolen III](https://www.azcardinals.com/news/cardinals-open-practice-window-for-first-round-pick-walter-nolen-iii). It's the first-round pick's first practice since injuring his calf prior to training camp. The defensive line also welcomed back Darius Robinson (pectoral) after missing the last two games.
Starting defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt (knee) and right tackle Zach Tom (oblique/back) did not practice for the Packers.
