The Lions return home looking to rebound from their second loss of the season, 30-17 to the Chiefs in Kansas City in Week 6, and build on their 2-0 record at Ford Field early in the season. Detroit will play without starting safety Brian Branch, who was ejected in a postgame scuffle after its explosive offense averaged just 5.6 yards per play and its defense allowed 10 fourth-quarter points as the Chiefs pulled away late.
