Man United defender Noussair Mazraoui could make the matchday squad for the game against Liverpool this weekend, according to reports.
The Sun claim that the Moroccan is expected to resume full training this week after being sidelined for almost a month due to injury.
Mazraoui last featured during the 2-1 win over Chelsea, and his performance was singled out for praise following the game. Fans on X are very happy to hear that he is close to making his comeback:

Could Mazraoui start at Anfield?
After missing the best part of four weeks, it’s more likely that the 27-year-old will be named on the bench on Sunday evening.
Mazraoui is probably Ruben Amorim’s best option at right wing-back, but his lack of match fitness would be to his detriment in such a fiercely contested derby, especially away from home when the Red Devils are likely to have less possession.
Man United are close to having a fully fit squad
As long as no one returns from international duty with an injury, Amorim could soon have every player available for selection.
It has been reported that Lisandro Martinez may resume training over the next week or so. The Argentinian international has been sidelined for eight months with an ACL injury, but he is hoping to step up his return after the international break.
