Enzo Maresca looks secure in his place as Chelsea boss right now, however one of his former managers believes someone else could become the next head coach soon at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea fans have given their backing to Maresca as reports have emerged that Juventus are keeping an eye on the Italian as a potential head coach.
Maresca has refused to rule out a move to Italy one day, however is in the process of building something very promising at Stamford Bridge.
The approach to hire a promising young manager has followed what Todd Boehly and co have brought to the player side of things, and it would be unlikely they would look to break that trend if they hired a new boss.

Zico tips Filipe Luis to replace Enzo Maresca as Chelsea manager
One of the most exciting young managers in the game right now is Filipe Luis. He helped his Flamengo side become the only side to beat Chelsea on their way to Club World Cup success over the summer.
Brazilian legend Zico has predicted that Luis is in line for some big jobs down the line, and he would be a good fit for Chelsea.
“Our manager, he was an amazing player, he’s doing a very good job as Flamengo’s coach. I believe the future of Filipe Luis is going to be coaching the Brazilian national team.” Zico said.
John Obi Mikel replied: “Wow, and maybe one day he can also coach Chelsea.”
Zico replied: “You can notice in Filipe Luis’s press conferences that he has a special feeling for Chelsea and Atletico Madrid, I think he can be a good coach for these two teams, maybe he can do it. Maresca was my player in Greece, a very good guy.”

Luis could become part of an exclusive list of players who have both played for and managed Chelsea, even if his time in the first team at Stamford Bridge was brief.
Frank Lampard is the most popular example of this, with him having two stints in charge after establishing himself as one of the best players in the club’s history.
Roberto di Matteo also took charge of the Blues 10 years after his playing days in West London came to an end, with those being the only examples of the 21st century.
The appointment would be a risky one for Chelsea, with many of the criticisms of Maresca so far being down to his lack of experience managing in the Premier League.
