Victor Wembanyama has looked like a generational talent since joining the San Antonio Spurs, but when fans actually dig into his numbers, his greatness becomes even more evident.
On social media, the NBA is celebrating Wembanyama and all that he has done in just two short seasons.
“Victor Wembanyama is the only player to have 2,000+ points, 1,000+ rebounds, 200+ blocks and 200+ three-pointers through his first two NBA seasons,” via NBA Communications.

It’s been a historic start to Wembanyama’s career, and he still has room for growth.
During his first two years, the Spurs star has averaged 22.5 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists on 46.9 percent from the field.
Wembanyama rightfully earned Rookie of the Year and was showing signs of improvement during his second campaign, but a health issue sidelined him after just 46 games.
But those issues are reportedly behind him now, and Wembanyama is ready to pick up where he left off last year.
Wembanyama was busy during the summer, traveling the world and getting his body and mind in good shape for the long season.
Even before getting drafted, some experts said that Wembanyama could be the sort of player destined for the history books.
After just two short seasons filled with some unexpected challenges, he has shown that he might be one of the draft picks who live up to the hype.
The Spurs know they can expect a lot from Wembanyama, but they don’t want success solely for him.
They are hoping to become one of the best in the West, and they wish to become playoff contenders as quickly as possible.
To make that happen, they need Wembanyama to keep playing like a future Hall of Famer.
