Bleazard became interim boss in the summer after Steve Cuss stepped down, but was given the job on a permanent basis after leading the side to an unbeaten start to life in tier three.
That unbeaten start has continued, with the Cherries sat second in the National League Premier Division South.

Asked about the permanent appointment of Bleazard, Suraci told the Daily Echo: “It's pretty obvious, for us it was not only has Helen played for the club and demonstrated leadership capabilities throughout that time, outstanding experiences playing international football, playing WSL.
“So, that first goes out saying, secondly, her character values are obvious and what a role model to have that individual as the head coach of the women's team.
“And then lastly, take nothing away from Helen's coaching, in terms of the quality of the sessions that she's been delivering.
“And I think the way Helen has led in probably a bit of turnover, it's fair to say.
“I think it was quite an obvious conversation for us to have internally about what we do and then with Helen it was [too]. So we're really pleased with the way it's gone and obviously results help, which goes without saying.”
