Adidas have launched their new Newcastle United SPZL FC capsule collection with the range of sportswear going on sale this morning, Friday, October 17.

There has been much anticipation over the new release this month, with signs appearing the club shop several weeks ago.

Since then, we've seen glimpses of key items via the club's social media accounts, with former Newcastle legend Laurent Robert starring alongside Anthony Gordon in a series of promotional shots.

The range launch on Thursday evening, with fans able to buy products from 9am this morning.

A promotion on the club website read: "At the helm of the Newcastle United FC capsule collection is the Newcastle United SPZL F.C. trainer, a bespoke edition of the SS25 Roelee silhouette.

"The coveted Todmorden SPZL smock returns as a hero apparel piece, replete with interchangeable Velcro badges offering both the club's crest and hallmark SPZL branding.

"A flocked sweatshirt bears Newcastle United's signature font alongside the SPZL Mod Trefoil, whilst a co-branded jersey t-shirt rounds out the range."

According to adidas, SPZL "bridges the worlds of adidas Originals and adidas Football".

"A capsule collection reflecting the culture that surrounds the beautiful game," say the German sportswear giants.

"Whilst the foundations of SPZL F.C. are built on neutrality it will act as a vehicle for partnering with football clubs from adidas' sporting portfolio. SPZL F.C. celebrates the enduring appeal of adidas to football fans globally both on and off the pitch."

Newcastle joined forces with adidas in 2024, with the 2025-26 range of matchday wear and training gear launched launched over the summer.

The match kits have proved popular with supporters, especially last season's away kit which was a homage the the 1995 classic worn by the likes of David Ginola.
