Sources Say: NFL Scouts Weigh In On Notre Dame Running Backs Jeremiyah Love, Jadarian Price

The one-two punch in Notre Dame's backfield has played a monumental role in the Irish' four-straight victories. Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price have helped carry the offense with outstanding production over the past few weeks and have presented serious problems for opposing defenses.

Notre Dame has scored more than 28 points in each of the past four games off the efforts of both tailbacks. Love has been outstanding, rushing for 157 yards against Purdue and 103 yards against Boise State. The 6-foot, 215-pound junior from Christian Brothers College High School (Mo.) is on pace for another 1,000-yard season and in the talks for the Heisman Trophy.

But Price has really burst onto the scene as well. The 5-foot-11, 209-pound bowling ball-framed 'back has had a great season, rushing for 422 total yards and seven touchdowns. He is on pace to exceed last year's 746-yard season with several games to go.
