Jordon Hudson was captured on a hot mic criticizing multiple NFL Films staff members alongside her partner, Bill Belichick, in recently unveiled behind-the-scenes footage.

Ever since Hudson and Belichick started dating, the 24-year-old has taken charge of the 73-year-old's business matters, media ventures and public image.

Hudson's involvement hasn't always been well-received, though, as sources indicated that North Carolina was compelled to cancel a planned appearance on HBO's 'Hard Knocks' following her demands for creative authority and ownership rights to the documentary series.

In fresh troubling footage posted by reporter Pablo Torre, Hudson - who holds the title of chief operating officer at Belichick Productions - can be heard offering multiple recommendations for her boyfriend's program, "Coach."

During filming of the show - which has now been canceled - Hudson shared her opinions on various topics and visual elements scheduled to appear in an upcoming installment.

The ex-cheerleader appeared mostly dissatisfied with what was being presented, suggesting to Belichick that they ought to bring in their associate, Tony, to enhance the production.

"Oh, that's awesome. Damn, we should have had Tony build the set," Hudson remarked, with Belichick responding: "No kidding."

She continued, "You should send him one of those texts that's like: 'Even when I'm working, even when I'm with somebody else, I'm thinking of you. I was thinking of you the whole time.'".

"Do you wanna know something? We should actually - we should get Tony in here."

Belichick seemed to agree with the concept, admitting: "He would make this place better than what it is. I'll tell you that."

Hudson conceded that the show's arrangement wasn't entirely problematic, telling Belichick: "On like a really serious note on some of the things that we want to have mounted and whatnot.

"I mean, there's some things that fall through the cracks, but for the most part everything is actually pretty well done. That you don't have to give Tony every single little detail for him to ------ figure it out."

Shortly after, Hudson criticized NFL Films for having four graphic designers on staff. "I don't know how they have four full-time graphics people," she said.

Belichick concurred, observing: "They can't do ----. That's not really Joe's thing. That's something that I was talking about.

"That's not really Joe's thing. Like, could we teach him to do it? Yeah, but then he becomes a graphics guy. We need somebody who did that for us, and we have to figure out who's available to do that."

Hudson disclosed that she might have someone suitable, revealing: "Who knows how to arrange the stats? Because I have a graphics person who helped me with the [website]."

However, Belichick rejected the suggestion, stating: "We need a football person."

Regarding Torre's decision to expose Belichick and Hudson's exchange, the 40-year-old clarified: "This is like the first glimpse anyone has of the dynamic.

"The reason I'm showing it to you, and now everyone, is not 'man, let's cancel Jordon Hudson for her comments on graphics design and leather aesthetics,' it's 'this is what the power dynamic is like around Bill Belichick.'".

"What she is showing us inadvertently is, I am told, not dissimilar from what it's like at Carolina right now. It's what it's like at every stop including the CBS interview which we did see in that glimpse. It's kind of a consistent pattern that everybody who encounters Belichick Productions has attested to in my reporting."
