Nottingham Forest will aim to climb up from the bottom end of the Premier League table with a win over injury-hit Chelsea this weekend. Boss Ange Postecoglou is still waiting for his first victory in charge since being appointed in September.
The 17th-placed side have drawn two and lost five, putting Postecoglou's job at risk a little over a month into his tenure. The former Tottenham manager will therefore be desperate to get his first three points in their Premier League clash with the Blues.
Enzo Maresca's men are sitting in a healthy seventh place with three wins, two draws and two losses so far. They've dealt with a rollercoaster beginning to their 2025/26 season, winning the Club World Cup in the summer but being plagued by a plethora of injury issues as soon as the domestic campaign began.
Reece James withdrew from international duty thanks to injury, with Cole Palmer still out after his groin problem flared up against Manchester United last month. Dario Essugo and Liam Delap are both expected to be out for an extended period of time, with Levi Colwill missing the majority of the season after undergoing ACL surgery.
But a last-gasp win over Liverpool before the break, following a 1-0 win over Jose Mourinho's Benfica in the Champions League, has given Maresca some hope that his squad can find results despite these injuries.

What's the Nottingham Forest vs Chelsea team news?
Chelsea will be without the likes of Palmer, Delap and Essugo for this trip to the Midlands. However, club captain James could be in the starting XI after resting during the international break.
Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez and Pedro Neto were named by Maresca as potential doubts having failed to train on Thursday. The Blues boss himself is suspended for the trip to the City Ground after being dismissed for overcelebrating his team's 2-1 win over Liverpool before the international break began.
Meanwhile, Forest will be without Ola Aina after the ex-Blues full-back underwent hamstring surgery that will keep him out until the new year. But Murillo, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Douglas Luiz are back in contention.
