Talisman Jack Grealish is unavailable for this game as the loan player is ineligible to take on his parent club City. Jarrad Branthwaite and Merlin Rohl are back in training but unlikely to start, while Nathan Patterson picked up a knock in his Under-21 appearance midweek.
Manager David Moyes has played 43 times against City in all his different stops, but has never beaten Pep Guardiola since the Spaniard took over at the Etihad.
