Crystal Palace are reportedly set to cash in on Liverpool target Marc Guehi in the January transfer window, with Spanish heavyweights Barcelona and Real Madrid also keen on the defender.
It's suggested the Spanish titans could lure the England international into a move overseas. Last season's FA Cup winners will bid farewell to their skipper at the end of this campaign after the 25-year-old turned down a new deal at Selhurst Park.
Liverpool nearly signed him during the summer transfer window but the deal collapsed at the last minute as Palace couldn't secure a replacement. However, as per the i paper, Palace might try to pocket a fee for Guehi in the January transfer window, their last chance to recoup a fee after his near six years of service.
It's been mooted that Palace's strategy ahead of the upcoming transfer window is to avoid letting him go for nothing. Consequently, it's rumoured that European big guns are circling, including Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, not to mention Liverpool and their rivals Manchester City.
Before this weekend's Premier League matches, Oliver Glasner confirmed that Guehi has rejected a fresh contract and will be off at the end of the season.

"I think Marc has already told us that he doesn't sign a new contract, so he will leave next year," the Austrian boss stated on Friday, reports the Liverpool Echo.
"The club wanted [him to stay]. They offered Marc a new contract. But he said: 'No, I want to make something different'. And that's normal.
"And for us, it's how we can deal with this situation? [What] is the best way to get this next step done? And that's all about how we are talking together."
Chairman Steve Parish disclosed that their participation in the UEFA Conference League was a key factor in the decision to eventually block the transfer, once their intended replacement, Igor Julio, chose to sign with West Ham United.
"It's a difficult decision," he confessed to talkSPORT. "It's as simple as that these things are never black and white.

"I decided in the end that, based on the advice that I got and with what I think, that we would have a better season if we kept Marc.
"We don't guess about these things. If you look at it rationally, if you look at what is worth the place in the Premier League, the fact that we're in the Conference League for the first time in our history, this is a fairly unusual set of circumstances in which to keep a player.

"If we were fighting between the difference of 10th and 14th, if that was going to be the difference between keeping Marc and letting Marc go, then probably we would have said: 'Right, we should take the money'."
Liverpool were anticipated to hold off until the end of the season to try and secure Guehi on a free, but now face a decision with interest from Europe's top clubs, who would also be able to negotiate a pre-contract agreement with the defender in January.
