**Nottingham Forest have sacked Ange Postecoglou, just minutes after their defeat by Chelsea.**

As the final whistle sounded, Forest were booed off and things looked bleak for Postecoglou.
While many expected the Australian to be dismissed, few expected a decision minutes after the match.
Taking to social media, Forest wrote: "Nottingham Forest Football Club can confirm that after a series of disappointing results and performances, Ange Postecoglou has been relieved of his duties as head coach with immediate effect.
"The Club will make no further comment at this time."
Lasting just 39 days, Postecoglou's reign as Forest boss is the shortest managerial stint in Premier League history.
During his time at the helm, Postecoglou failed to win any of his eight matches in charge, registering a record of two draws and six defeats across all competitions.
After collecting just one point from five Premier League matches, Postecoglou leaves Forest with them sitting 17th in the table.
