**Brighton**must be careful when they host Newcastle United on Saturday afternoon as Fabian Hurzeler believes that the Toon are a much better team than their points tally suggests right now.
Newcastle have kept clean sheets in five of their seven Premier League games, failing to concede a single goal across three away fixtures. Their intensity, aggression, and physicality have been the foundation for success under Eddie Howe, and it might only be a matter of time until they click.
“They have put on very positive performances. Performances where they might deserve more points when I look back against Arsenal when they were at home, they were looking as a winner for almost the whole duration of the game. But you see how competitive the Premier League is, how unpredictable, how important are the small margins.
“They have like us pros and cons things to improve but the main thing is we have to focus on us. We have to do our job. We know that Newcastle is a top team. We have to keep our standards really high.
“They are very physical team, very man-oriented, good intensity. They can run a lot in a quite a high tempo and therefore they can cover a lot of space in a in a quite short amount of time.
“If you try to break them you have to be very quick with the execution. You need to finish the attacks otherwise if you don't finish attacks, they always have like transitions and that are very strong.
“You need good structure, you need good positioning, technical execution, fast technical execution in like tight spaces because they are very quick in transition moments in both directions and they can cover a lot of space in a short amount of time. Technical execution has to be on the highest standard.”
