Premier League clubs are cashing into a yuletide trend by selling their own Christmas pyjamas. It comes as the holiday season approaches, with families already starting to make their wishlists for this year's holidays.
According to new figures, Chelsea are top of the table by selling the most expensive ones, with the Blues selling long-sleeve top and bottoms have horizontal rows of Christmas trees. There are others with snowflakes and snowballs on them, with the club’s lion emblem also subtly featured too.
However, if you are a fan of Chelsea, the Christmas PJs will cost you a pretty penny, as one full set of clothes will set you back £40 for both men's and women’s ones. They are, however, available in a range of sizes going from small to XXL.

The Blues website reads: “Relax at home with a nod to your favourite team in this comfortable, Chelsea-themed nightwear. Lightweight and cozy, it’s perfect for unwinding after a thrilling match at Stamford Bridge.
“This essential piece ensures that you can enjoy your downtime while showcasing your devotion to the Blues.” But while Chelsea is looking for customer's to splash the most cash, they are not the only ones looking to cash in on the Christmas pyjama game.
The second most expensive at Manchester City’s priced at £35. The description reads: “Celebrate the season with your favourite team in this branded pyjamas set for men.

“Made from 100% cotton, these pyjamas ensure a soft feel and optimal comfort against your skin," it continued. "This lightweight set is designed in the Man City sky blue with the club logo; an essential for all Cityzens.”
The Manchester City Christmas Pyjamas are proving popular as they are already sold out. They feature the club's whole badge, their nickname and a cityscape scene along with snowflakes, all in blue and white.
Tottenham, Aston Villa and Leeds all have their yuletide nightwear priced at £30 for adults and £20 for kids. Spurs’ are white and navy and include their cockerel emblem, ‘COYS’ and their club’s initials alongside falling snow.

Villa have a retro kit design with their badge and the slogan ‘Villa all the way’ in front of a Christmas tree background. Leeds have opted for their club colour but a very unseasonal yellow hue.
Christmas PJs first became popular in 2013, after the typically American tradition burst onto the scene here in Britain. Since then, the concept of Christmas pyjamas has racked up millions of pounds for companies, with many Brit families opting for matching ones.
