Brian Windhorst Gives Concerning Update About James Harden

With so many worries and questions floating around them, the last thing the Los Angeles Clippers need is more bad news about their players.

Sadly, Brian Windhorst is raising concerns about James Harden, who will be pivotal for the team’s success in the new season.

According to him, Harden isn’t in great shape right now.

“That’s one of the things that the scouts have said is that Harden has been in better shape at this point,” Windhorst said.

There are just a few days before the start of the new season, so this could be a problem that plagues the Clippers for weeks if not months.

This obviously is not great news for the Clippers, who have become more and more reliant on Harden and his special work on the court.

Last season, he averaged 22.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 8.7 assists.

When he arrived, there were questions about how he would play in Los Angeles, but Harden has fit in perfectly and has become a natural leader for the team.

The Clippers will need more of him in the new year, especially because they don’t know what is going on with their other biggest star, Kawhi Leonard.

Leonard is currently under investigation by the league, and a punishment could be around the corner.

If it’s severe, Harden’s prominence and importance to the team will become even more obvious.

The Clippers were busy during the summer, so they have a deeper roster because of vet stars like Chris Paul and Bradley Beal.

Still, they need Harden at 100 percent for the entire season if they wish to achieve the postseason success that has eluded them for so long.

Harden has to hit the gym and take care of his body because he’s become a crucial part of LA’s plans.
