After months of rumors, the Sacramento Kings finally signed Russell Westbrook earlier this week, bringing the team proven veteran experience.
However, Westbrook isn’t just bringing his skills to Sacramento, because worries about him are also coming to the Kings.
But Sacramento’s head coach, Doug Christie, has nothing but faith in his new player, and he wants him to be himself.

That could work wonders for the Kings, but it could also create problems, too.
Over the last several years, Westbrook has been criticized because of his inconsistency on the court and questionable decision-making.
There have been fans who have wondered why he doesn’t remain with one squad, and his team chemistry has faced scrutiny, too.
Westbrook is about to start his 18th season in the league, and he will need to redeem himself to some people.
If he’s in fine form, Westbrook could be a huge boost to the Kings and might help them reach the playoffs again.
But if bad habits pop up, the signing of Westbrook might create a headache for all of Sacramento’s fans.
