Green Bay Packers’ ‘Spooktacular’ brings families to Lambeau Field for some Halloween fun

LAMBEAU FIELD, Wis. (WBAY) - There was a chance for families to celebrate Halloween a bit early on Saturday morning as the Green Bay Packers hosted their spooktacular event at Lambeau Field.

Many who went, especially the kids, came dressed in costumes to enjoy all the event had to offer.

Some of the activities included live on-stage performances with book readings and shows from Mad Science, as well as fall-themed games, craft stations, cookie decorating, and more.

All of this was free, and people we spoke to said it was a great opportunity for families to spend time together.

“I think one of the best things about the Packers is that it really does seem to be a family-focused organization. There’s so many cool things for the kids to do, from training camp to this to all kinds of different things, so I think it’s awesome to get families here and see the beauty that is Lambeau,” said Anna Gauthier of Appleton.

The Spooktacular is a part of the “Green Bay Packers Give Back” community outreach initiative.
