After arriving in the summer for £25m, Amine Adli has struggled to play regular minutes for the club, starting just once in the league.
The Moroccan came off an injury-hit season with Bayer Leverkusen, playing twenty times under Xabi Alonso scoring twice.
**Adli**has had some bright moments and believes he is still trying to adapt to the league, telling BBC Radio Solent.
“I will keep working hard. I am still adapting to the Premier League**;* it is a very different league. I think the team is playing very well, and I need to find my place in the new system with my new teammates.”*
“The locker room and the club are amazing, everyone is making me feel very comfortable, so I will just give my best and work a lot to give this confidence back.”
“I came back from a big injury and difficult season last year, so I need to build myself again , my confidence, and my ability on the pitch, but I will work a lot to find this.
I am looking forward to performing with this amazing club”.
**Bournemouth**suffered a late heartbreak at Selhurst when Bafode Diakite was penalised for bringing down Marc Guehi.
This led to Jean Philippe Mateta's hat-trick, leaving Adli and the Cherries squad irritated and frustrated.
**Adli**believes the referees need to be coherent in their decision-making:
“When it's a corner kick like this, everyone is grabbing everybody. It's too easy to give a foul offensively when a defender is grabbing a guy who is attacking, when they are also grabbing him.”
“The referee needs to read the situation as if you're grabbing and the ball is ten metres away from him and has no impact, then you have to be logical.”
“Guehi in this situation will never win the ball, even if it's a foul, then the ball is never getting to him”.
“Maybe the captains need to discuss this because nobody understands this.”

'Kroupi a crazy talent'
The Moroccan was full of praise for the teenager who has now netted three times this season .
Adli described him to BBC Radio Solent as a special talent :
“For me, Junior is just amazing since I came. I knew when he was on the pitch, he was going to score. He has a flair"
“I wish him all the best. He's a very good guy. I hope he continues to perform like this. The club is working very hard with him"
"Today I am happy for him, he deserved that. He is a striker with a very unique style, not that big, but he is a playmaker who is clinical in the area. The future is bright for him, and he is an amazing player.”
