Coventry City continue to make good progress with former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard at the helm.
Last season, Lampard was able to take Coventry to the Championship play-offs, where they narrowly lost to Sunderland in the semi-finals.
Sunderland defender Daniel Ballard took inspiration from Didier Drogba, Lampard’s former teammate at Chelsea, as he scored a header at the end of extra time in the second leg.
It was a disappointing night for Coventry, but it has not taken them long to bounce back.

Coventry 10 games unbeaten under Frank Lampard
On Saturday, Coventry beat Blackburn Rovers 2-0 at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
It means Lampard and the Sky Blues have gone 10 games unbeaten in the Championship, which really puts into perspective how well they have started the season.
It has helped the team to climb to the top of the Championship table, with Lampard’s men sitting on 22 points.
His former club Chelsea are not too far from the top of the Premier League table. Enzo Maresca’s side are only five points behind leaders Arsenal.
Ex-Liverpool striker Peter Crouch thinks Chelsea will challenge for the title this season as they continue to win games despite having injuries.
They beat Nottingham Forest 3-0 on Saturday without Cole Palmer and Enzo Fernandez to name a couple of their unavailable players.

Whether John Terry thinks Frank Lampard is the best Chelsea player of all time
Despite his recent success at Coventry, the jury is still out on Lampard as a manager. The 47-year-old was sacked by both Everton and Chelsea.
As a player, though, everyone knows that Lampard is one of the greatest midfielders to play the game.
And for his former teammate John Terry, he is the best player Chelsea have ever had.
Terry recently spoke about Lampard and said: “I think Frank Lampard is the best Chelsea player of all time.”
Chelsea may not have Lampard today, but Moises Caicedo and Fernandez are not too bad themselves. Like Lampard, both players have found themselves among the goals this season.
