The Cardinals take the 13-6 edge on the Packers, headed into halftime

GLENDALE, Ariz. (WSAW) - The Packers took a trip down to Arizona for a Sunday showdown with the Cardinals, without their quarterback, Kyler Murray.

The Cardinals received the first-half kickoff and marched their way to the red zone. Held to a field goal, courtesy of a Micah Parsons sack on third and goal.

Green Bay responded quickly with a fourth-down conversion to keep their first drive alive. Jordan Love completed his third pass of the day to Matthew Golden for 8 yards on 4th and 2. However, their second fourth-down attempt of the drive falls incomplete, and the Packers turn the ball back over to Arizona.

Green Bay’s defense saved the day, with a Kingsley Enagbare sack on second down. Followed by a Keisean Nixon forced fumble recovered by Xavier McKinney, which was reversed to an incomplete pass, but still forced the fourth down and a punt.

Arizona forced another fourth-down decision in the Packers’ next drive. Lucas Havrisik is in again for Brandon McManus and nailed the 31-yard field goal to make it a tie game.

In the final minute of the first half, the Cardinals scored a touchdown, and Havrisik set a new franchise record for longest field goal made.

Green Bay with receive to start the second half.
