The visitors to south London had a brilliant first half, opening up a two-goal lead at the break after a Junior Kroupi brace, before Palace came back into the game at the start of the second period.
After the Eagles had drawn themselves level, the Cherries retook the lead late on, only for Jean-Philippe Mateta to score a stoppage time penalty to complete his hattrick and rescue a point for the hosts.

Scott disagreed with the decision to award a spot kick and felt that was one of a number of decisions that had gone against them.
“I think there were a few that were a little bit dodgy, in my opinion, and that didn't go our way,” he said.

“It's tough to take. I feel like we deserved the three points, and we didn't get them.”
He continued: “Everyone thinks it in there. We all know it in there. So, yes, like I said, it's tough to take again.
“It was not good enough from us in the second half. We know that. But it's just horrible. We deserve three points.”
Dissecting the game, Scott said the team were prepared for a tough game and that was what they got.
“I think the last two times we played them, it's been 0-0,” he said.
“So, we know defensively, they're good, and they make it hard for you. Here the game, I think the first 15-20 minutes, we were superb.

“We almost took the game by storm. We were really good. First half, the whole time we were great.
“And then the second half, it was tough. They came at us a lot more. They pressed us a lot higher, and it was a lot. Second half, it was more of a fight. And I feel like that suited them more than us.
“When they get that goal, the crowd here is amazing, and it makes it difficult. And then, yeah, a few decisions, which obviously I disagree with, and everyone in there is pretty deflated, because we don't think it's penalty.
“The red card they didn't give and it constantly felt like they were trying to get somebody a red card, Tyler [Adams], myself, Antoine [Semenyo], and cards were flying around everywhere.
“So tough to take. That's football, that's the Premier League. And we've got to get on with it, because we can't say too much, we’ll get in trouble.
“We look forward to next week, Nottingham Forest, big game and we look to put things right.”
