Amorim opted for experience with his starting lineup at Anfield, with Maguire starting alongside the likes of Casemiro, Luke Shaw and Fernandes.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Keane said: “Maguire has played hundreds of games.
“He’s an established international player but if you were Alexander Isak up front, you’d be standing on the shoulder of Maguire.”
However, Maguire dealt with Isak superbly, leaving the Liverpool signing with no goals in his opening four Premier League appearances.
Isak ended up being brought off in the 72nd minute at a time when Liverpool had failed to score. Maguire then went on to score the winner.
