Luke Littler is no stranger to taking out rivals - and he's hit the bullseye after Liverpool were beaten by Manchester United.

Arne Slot's side are now winless in four as their torrid run of form took its latest turn against their bitter rivals at Old Trafford. Goals from Bryan Mbeumo and Harry Maguire saw the Red Devils claim a 2-1 win.

And the darts megastar and passionate United fan took to social media to gloat after the game, sharing United's post about the win with the caption: "Yanited. Yanited. Yanited."

The 18-year-old, from Warrington, added: "Where's the Scousers at? Back under your rock you go cause we are Man United and we're never going to stop."

The Nuke also rubbed salt in the wounds by sharing a snap of Florian Wirtz's stats page with a picture of Ben 10 - referencing Wirtz's zero goal contributions in the opening 10 games of his Liverpool career.

"Do we lose confidence? I cannot see it yet, because every single game we've lost, we were able to create in the second half an unbelievable amount of chances," Liverpool manager Slot said after the game.

"If you look back at all the three games we've lost in the Premier League, if you just put all the highlights [next to] each other, you would say it's hardly possible that they lose this game.

"So if we can keep producing what we are doing and do a few things a little bit better, then there is every reason to expect that we start to win football games again."
