The NBA's latest media rights agreement will officially go into effect at the start of the 2025-26 season, bringing a new viewing experience for basketball fans.
After decades of memorable games and moments with the "Inside the NBA" crew, Turner Sports was unable to sign a new deal with the league, eliminating TNT from the NBA's TV menu. Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O'Neal and Kenny Smith will be back in action this season, though, as members of the ESPN family.
In addition to the typical ABC and ESPN coverage, NBC will once again carry NBA games, and Peacock and Amazon Prime Video have been added as streaming partners.
