Mike Vrabel’s return to Nashville turned into a painful reminder for Titans fans. Following the Patriots’ resounding 31-13 victory over Tennessee on Sunday, one desperate old fan made his feelings crystal clear with a vulgar sign.

The placard read something fans never thought they’d see at an NFL game. The dude offered to sacrifice his manhood just to bring Vrabel back to Tennessee.
Titans Fan’s Disturbing Ultimatum Over Mike Vrabel Goes Viral
The old fan’s ultimatum came after Sunday’s beatdown. Vrabel’s Patriots handled their business in dominant fashion against his former squad, which looked seemingly helpless on both sides of the ball.
Tennessee fired Vrabel in January 2024 after a 6-11 season. He’d led them to four straight winning seasons, including the AFC Championship Game in 2019. But two losing seasons in a row led to his firing.
Now it is safe to say that the Titans are paying it hard. One fan showed up with a vulgar sign stating how he would cut off his own machine just to have Mike Vrabel back. The sign has since turned viral online. Buck Reising posted it on X with the caption: “Titans fan morale is high it seems.”

The comparison stat between Vrabel and the Titans’ current coach hit hard. Brian Callahan, who replaced Vrabel, went 4-19 as head coach with interim boss Mike McCoy.
Meanwhile, Vrabel’s got the Patriots sitting at 5-2. They are now leading the AFC East. However, those who saw his “Bussin’ with the Boys” podcast in 2019 can resonate with the old Titans fans’ ultimatum.
In the podcast, Vrabel was asked if he’d cut off his penis to win a Super Bowl. “Been married 20 years. Yeah, probably,” Vrabel responded. Now the joke is showing up in the stands to get Vrabel back in the building after fans saw their favorite team destroyed by their former coach.
Fans React to Titans Fan’s Desperate Ultimatum
Folks opened their phone screen quickly to make opinion clear after the vulgar sign surfaced. Reactions ranged from sympathy to savage mockery.
One fan joked, “Probably wouldn’t be a large injury.”
Another added, “lol this just got confiscated by the Titans. He sits right behind me.”
The third claimed, “I know things are bad but there’s no use in going backwards. Fans remember the winning versions of players and coaches that didn’t get it done here.”
A fourth one remarked, “Bros not even a Titans fan he’s just a Mike Vrabel cuck.”
A random X user penned, “That’s a little extreme. But hey, whatever brings the team back from the abyss.”
However, the rally makes no sense now because the relationship soured following the firing.
Meanwhile, the Patriots embrace their coach in the best way possible. Wide receiver DeMario Douglas said after the Week 7 victory, “We played for Vrabes, no matter what. But we always play for Vrabes, and it felt good to get this win.”
On the other hand, Tennessee are sitting at 1-6 now. And one desperate fan willing to make the ultimate sacrifice, even though it won’t change a damn thing.
