The outcome of Leeds United against West Ham United on Friday has already been predicted, with the Hammers yet to face Brentford tonight.
It’s unclear if Monday night’s game against Brentford will have a huge impact on what is expected of West Ham United on Friday against Leeds United.
Leeds lost 2-0 to Burnley and they have now won once in the last nine games in all competitions, which includes four league defeats and a cup defeat to Sheffield Wednesday as well.
Ironically, Opta believe Leeds’ best run of fixtures are now but the current results leave a lot to be desired for Daniel Farke. However, Opta got it right for Burnley against Leeds, and they could do so again here.

Opta’s supercomputer predicts Leeds United vs West Ham United
The Opta supercomputer has been confident about Leeds more generally, in terms of their survival hopes. That flipped after the Clarets, with Opta predicting Leeds and Burnley to both go down.
There was already an undertone relegation fear before a ball was kicked, but those feelings have heightened to a greater extent after the display on Saturday at Turf Moor.
Pundits are fearing the worst for Leeds ahead of West Ham. It will see the likes of Crysencio Summerville return to West Yorkshire as well. Leeds winger Noah Okafor will hope to return and face him.
MORE LEEDS UNITED STORIES
Depending on the result later against Brentford, it could be possible for West Ham to leapfrog Leeds and put them in the relegation zone for the first time this season.
Recently, Opta outlined signs of Burnley and Leeds adapting to life in the Premier League. They have now provided their verdict on the likeliest outcomes of Friday’s game.
Opta suggest there is a 43.4% chance of a Leeds victory, and a 70.2% overall of either a win or a draw. West Ham taking maximum points is given less than a third of a chance. The Hammers have been handed a 29.8% of a win.
It will be interesting to see if those percentages are altered after the conclusion of West Ham hosting Brentford tonight. They are still eyeing their first win under Nuno Espirito Santo.
