The 36-year-old was known for his hard-hitting style between the tackles.

Standing 5-foot-9, he was deemed the “Muscle Hamster,” and despite his size, he was a true bruiser.

He gained 5,356 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns during his playing days, which included six seasons with Tampa Bay and a final campaign with the Oakland Raiders in 2018.

The Bucs took him in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft out of Boise State, and it didn’t take long before he made an impact.

As a rookie, he rushed for 1,454 yards and 11 touchdowns to go along with 49 receptions for 472 yards and one touchdown, earning Pro Bowl honors.

He trailed only Eric Dickerson (2,212 in 1984) and Edgerrin James (2,139 in 1999) for the most yards from scrimmage as a rookie in NFL history at the time.

His strongest season came in 2015, when he rushed for 1,402 yards and six touchdowns while making 33 receptions for 271 yards and one touchdown, earning All-Pro honors.

He will also be remembered as a Boise State legend, sitting in the university’s top 10 in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns.
