‘Beware’ – Crystal Palace warned competitor have ‘ace up sleeve’ to sign Eagles target in January

Crystal Palace were unable to sign Yann Bisseck last summer as Inter Milan rejected two bids made by the Premier League club.

Gazzetta dello Sport reported in September that Inter weren’t convinced of Crystal Palace’s €42m bid.

The Germany international made two appearances this season and his limited role could hinder his chances of making it to the World Cup squad.

Five days ago, SportBild reported the defender wants to leave Inter in the winter market. At the weekend, journalist Gianluca Di Marzio stated Crystal Palace could return for him.

InterLive.it back up the FA Cup holders interest in the 24-year-old and provide the latest.

As well as Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and Eintracht Frankfurt would be happy to sign the centre-back in January. The outlet warn them that they must ‘beware’ of Juventus.

The Old Lady are considering signing Bisseck, especially following Gleison Bremer’s injury. The Nerazzurri don’t plan to let him join their league rival.

It’s claimed Juve general manager Damien Comolli has ‘ace up his sleeve’ to convince Inter president Giuseppe Marotta.

Earlier this year, Sassuolo made Tarik Muharemović’s stay permanent after signing him on loan from Juventus in 2024. Muharemović remains a target for Inter and the Turin club retain a 50% sell-on clause.

Juventus would be willing to give up the clause, to make it relatively easier and cheaper for Inter to sign Muharemović provided they can take the Crystal Palace target.

Although InterLive.it state Comolli has ace up his sleeve, it remains a complicate deal to crack. Even if Juve were to give up the sell-on clause, Inter still have to agree terms with Sassuolo and Muharemović.
