Seven games of retirement was enough for Brandon Graham, the 37-year-old Eagles legend who is now set to return for Year 16 with the Eagles. EJ Smith of PHLY first reported Graham’s interest in a potential unretirement Sunday before the two sides came to an agreement Monday, PHLY confirms.

Graham will join a pass rush that has mustered just 10 total sacks in seven games, and a run defense that has struggled compared to last season.
Graham will explain why he has decided to rejoin the Eagles exclusively on his Unblocked podcast Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. ET.
“Tune in tomorrow on Unblocked,” Graham said in a video. “I got some special news for y’all and we got a lot to talk about. Go Birds.”

Graham is already the franchise record holder for seasons played, outpacing Chuck Bednarik’s 14. He is also the franchise record holder for games played (206) and is third all-time on the Eagles’ sack leaderboard (76.5, behind only Reggie White and Trent Cole). He last played in Super Bowl LIX, for which he returned from a torn triceps after a resurgent 2024 season in which he had 3.5 sacks and 11 tackles for loss in 11 games.
