Man City left-back Nico O’Reilly was part of the travelling party that flew out to Spain for the Champions League game against Villarreal.
The 20-year-old picked up a knock during the 2-0 win over Everton at the weekend, and he was taken off with five minutes of normal time remaining.
Despite the minor injury, it appears O’Reilly will not be forced to sit out the match on Tuesday evening.
Manager Pep Guardiola will have to decide whether he is fit enough to start at El Madrigal.
Expected Return Date – Tuesday, 21st October vs Villarreal (a)
