Another week of NFL action is in the books, but in a matter of days, we will be doing this all over again. Week 8 of the regular season will kick off on Thursday, October 23, as the Los Angeles Chargers host the Minnesota Vikings at SoFi Stadium, as we close out the second month of the season.
The season has been flying by, and we’ve reached a point where the league is beginning to separate the contenders from the pretenders. Then, there are the never-beens.

Leading the way for the never-beens this season is the New York Jets, who can already turn their attention to the 2026 NFL Draft in the spring. The Jets sit at 0-7 to start the season, and would hold the No. 1 overall pick if the draft were to be held today.

Other teams in the NFL cellar are the one-win Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints, Tennessee Titans, and Baltimore Ravens.
